He started developing the education methods with the help of their villager's . After developing the school they admitted more than 400 people by convincing the parents. INITIATIVES:

He also has an aim of developing "Agriprenuers" in his village and he has taken the initiation for old aged people in their village as their children who stays outside from their village. He named the initiative as ‘Yazali-Naa Janmabhumi’. He wants to use the modern technology methods which is more helpful to  farmers. He  used to say farming is very respective job in the society which is to be more developed because farming is the backbone of India. The Andhra Pradesh Government has recently sanctioned a lift irrigation project in Yazali village through Nallamada River, after the efforts taken by Yazali Na-Janmbhoomi. With this irrigation project, around 350 acres of land will get water for agriculture. Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University has adopted the village after the NGO approached them.  Mega health camps are conducted in the village at least once in 3 months. A Primary Health  Center has been set up for the first time in the village.   The NGO is working on a concept called Health Passport for all villagers. As a part of this project, an online application will be developed to keep track of all medical case histories of villagers. Once operational, healthcare workers will be given access to the data. In 2012, they spoke to SBI and established a bank branch in the village. 'Yazali Na Janmabhoomi', is entirely funded by donations and contributions.

“I give a large part of credit to Seetharamaiah, who was also my classmate and hails from Yazali. He is the one who runs around tirelessly for all the approvals”
The ideology for such a cause stems from LakshmiNarasimha’s   family background. “My   grandmother taught us valuable lessons throughout. I still recollect the incident that happened in the year 1996, when our village was caught in a severe cyclone. That week, almost 100 families stayed at my home and our rice mill. We served food to all of them.
