HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY

Tessy Thomas, the "AGNI PUTRI"
Her story: she was the Project Director for Agni-IV missile in Defence Research and Development Organisation.
Tessy Thomas born in kerala,India on April 1963.in her childhood she was very excited to watch planes and rockets flying on the sky.
It was the first stage of her interest towards Science&Technology and she started growing more interest on "Rocket science" and after schooling she finihed EEE In from Government Engineering College, Thrissur.
The Turning point:
As she was interested In Rocket Science she has joined DRDO MISSILE GUIDED PROGRAM in PUNE where only Ten Best students where shortlisted and she was the "First woman" To select in that programme.
After completion of the project she started working in DRDO Hyderabad Agni Missile Mission ,by seeing the talent
The Director OF DRDO THE MISSILE MAN OF INDIA DR.A.P.J Kalam sir has advised her to work for Agni Misile Development Activity and she was Promoted as PROJECT DIRECTOR FOR DRDO HYDERABAD .
The challenging Period:
While she was taken charge as Project Director Indian government has facing some problems in security issues with China&Pakistan.India is having some less strength in MISSILE TECHNOLOGY .Then she has started the project AGNI and it was the range of distance 700 kms and this made huge impact on WORLD and
She was called
"MISSILE WOMEN OF INDIA" by the nation and later on she was directed AGNI 2&3 with the range of 2000 kms .
Her son was named as "TEJAS" a famous Missile this shows her passion.
AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS:
The spirit of Tessy Thomas must continue in every woman said by MANMOHAN SINGH In "Indian Science Congress"
She uses to say lot about Dr. Kalam &Avinash Chander& Anthony the defence minister of that time .
She was Awarded AGNI&DRDO awards in 2001 and later on in 2008 "SILICON" award in 2009 DRDO announced as "SCIENTIST OF THE YEAR " and later
"INDIA TODAY "elected her as "WOMEN OF THE YEAR"
In 2012
LAL BAHUDUR SHASTRY INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT announced LAL BAHUDUR SHASTRY NATIONAL AWARD and on the same year she was called
"INDIAN OF THE YEAR" by great CNN_IBN
In 2016 ITM GWALIOR INSTITUTE ANNOUNCED
"DOCTOR OF SCIENCE" award
TESSY THOMAS about woman :she says that women are playing key role in NATIONAL PRIDE as Doctors,Engineers,Scientists etc and she says if woman has passion towards their profession .If women were given "INDEPENDENCE" they can do wonders she says about women.
This was her story which is very inspirational to every women and every citizen in WORLD.
This story is dedicated to every independent women

The story of every independent girl

  In our society, we observe harassments on women and girl child such as sexual harassment, women trafficking, gender discrimination are different types of harassments that women face the challenges daily. In my view women harassment begins from their home only, of course, it has changed somewhat now. Coming to the story   A  Beautiful orthodox family consisting Govindarajan the head of the family and Seetha Devi wife of Ramanujan and their two children  “Dharani” 27-year-old young girl and “ Gagan“ 23-year young boy. Govindarajan is a mathematics genius and he is working as Head of The Department for a famous university as he is going to retire he wants his son to continue the position after him. The story of micro artist "Dheeraj Kolla"

Dheeraj Kolla  Is the person who has different ideaology  that every human has their special character that is talent only tells what you are . He is mad about watching cartoon channels as every kid wish to. He has choosen wrong path i.e engineering after he realisied he started searching his own talent . He started carving  the pencil  and chalkpieces .  His first sculpture was letter "A" then later on he started designing in different forms.  He faced lot of problems as he is neglecting engineering and his carvings made him popular in social media and people started following him.
