INTRODUCTION:
   
This is the inspiring and motivating story  of  a true fighter  for his passion towards his dream of starting a own company &create  an identity . Let  us  go through  his  smart boy's 
story.



MR.KOGANTI  RAVIKIRAN   is  a hard working  guy and passionate in trying new things  .He studied MCA in" BAPATLA ENGINEERING COLLEGE " . After his graduation he started working as  software developer in  Prius InfoTech  Pvt Ltd & later he worked as cloud computing developer for HCL& also he worked as team lead  for TCS which is said to be India's  pridest company. One fine evening he has observed the sunlight &realized  about  the view i.e. sunlight gives  brightness to us .He realized from that and he felt sad for what he is missing daily in his office. This made him to think over his life and resigned his job and started trying new things.



 BEGINNING OF NEW ERA:

After getting realization he started working as FREELANCER& Trainer Chase and later on he worked for many companies and started his own venture "smarttelugu" which is the first  professional Telugu blog .

SMART STORY:
He used to write stories in his  face book account and  in his blogs .He also find the route where we can earn money other than working in other fields. Then he started blogging, content writing, freelancing and same time digital marketing came in to  existence. The concept of digital marketing attracted him and started learning seo  which is the platform where we can optimize our website to be in ranking list in internet .He also has an aim of creating a platform for  telugu  people I.e. "SMART TELUGU" .

He used to believe in "SMART WORK RATHER THAN HARD WORK" i.e. the main reason for naming his company as "SMART TELUGU".

PERSONAL STORY:

RAVI KIRAN  faced  lot of problems faced at the time of his childhood & after quitting his job he has faced lot of criticism  & this made him much stronger and started his own venture .Coming to his hobbies he used to write stories which Is related to cartoons &he used to study lot of books and he used  to surf internet and technology related information .

Dharma Mohan one of the passionate person used to interact with him and joined in his technical team and started helping him by publishing the videos  from smart telugu &digital marketing.  Soon after Dharma Mohan  introduced Mr.Kamesh  and then later on  it started increasing day by day. The followers used to  interact  with him in social media, blog etc.
Later on  he  motivated many people  among them Mr. Sandeep Kautilya  the blogger who is very passionate in creating short stories& movie making .

Smarttelugu  is the first professional telugu blog and company which is published in "NamasteyTelangana" & he also presented his views on start ups  in TV9 "Business Prime"  programme and in "AndhraJyothi" daily news paper also .Hi story also casted in famous channel ''ETV YUVA" which will telecast the success stories & also in famous blog "SUCCESS STORY".
   On 26th January "THE HANS INDIA "  Newspaper mentioned an article on Mr. Ravikiran koganti  " smartpreneur". This is enough to speak about his works and ideology.





SMART NETWORKING:
He used to participate in networking sessions actively& he used to  maintain healthy relationship with everyone who used to interact with him. He used to meet many people who are  innovative and creative like him. He also actively participated in ASIA's biggest summit "AUGUST FEST"  for his  branding  venture "LOVELYCHOCOS" . He used to say networking is must for startup's to develop and create some empowerment. He also participated in SCL YORKED STORIES





FUTURE GOAL:

Ravi kiran's future aim is to develop innovative concepts and bloggers from smart telugu and also he is ready to help for agriprenuers. He alo started new blog for internet&services"DIGITAL ABCD".

In my view women harassment begins from their home only, of course, it has changed somewhat now. The story of micro artist "Dheeraj Kolla"

Dheeraj Kolla  Is the person who has different ideaology  that every human has their special character that is talent only tells what you are . He is mad about watching cartoon channels as every kid wish to. He has choosen wrong path i.e engineering after he realisied he started searching his own talent .
